2. Access the FreemanOnLine® Online Exhibitor Order Link  for the services and supports you need for your Agile2024 booth inc., shipping, freight, materials handling information and order forms.

3. Use the FreemanOnLine®  Online Exhibitor Order Link  to order your additional exhibitor services such as Audio-Visual from CCR Solutions, Lead Retrieval from SmartSource, internet, power, and more!

Please note that Freeman and the additional suppliers are outside vendors and charges for all services are to be covered be to your company directly.

An email will be sent to you directly from Freeman to get you started on Exhibit Decor elements of the show 90-days before the start of the conference.

BOOTH INFORMATION:

Booths Sizes for Sponsors are as follows:

• Title – 10’D x 30’W x 8’H
• Platinum – 10’D x 20’W x 8’H
• Gold – 10’D x 15’W x 8’H
• Silver – 10’D x 10’W x 8’H

Note:  Any additional height requirements and/or hanging signage must be approved by Agile Alliance.  Please contact Caroline Aston

BOOTH NUMBERS:

Booth numbers will be sent in June along with the exhibits floor plan from Caroline Aston

IMPORTANT: Booth numbers are used for logistics and shipping purposes only. We DO NOT post booth numbers onsite or in ANY communication materials. Please DO NOT include your booth numbers on any of your marketing and communications materials and activities.

BOOTH PACKAGE:

Your Basic Booth Package includes:

• 8′ high backwall & 3′ high side drape for the size of your booth
• One 6’ x 30” skirted table
• Two side chairs
• One wastebasket
• One 7” x 44” one line ID sign (B & W text only)

CARPET:

Please note the trade show hall is NOT carpeted. Agile2024 will carpet aisles only in tuxedo. To enhance the appearance of your booth, rental carpet is available through Freeman.

FLOOR PLANS:

The Sponsor Exhibit space is in Longhorn Exhibit Hall EF of the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center. The preliminary Trade Show Floor will be distributed to Exhibitors late June.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

Freeman manages all shipping, material handling and transportation. Be sure to reference your Freeman Online Portal for current dates and instructions.
