Note: We expect the hotel to sell out. Room quantities and date availability is based on first come, first served basis.

Deadline for Pricing Discount for Lead Retrieval (Smart Source). Show orders must be placed by July 11.

Deadline for Advance Pricing Rate with Gaylord Services for booth Internet (hardwired or WiFi), Electrical (power) and/or Plumbing orders

Freeman Advance Freight Deadline – Absolute Deadline, Freeman Warehouse Shipping

  • Materials arriving after July 15, will be subject to an additional after deadline charge from Freeman.  

Sun July 21

Freeman Show Site Shipping Only

  • Freeman will receive shipments at the Site only.
  • Shipments arriving before this day may be refused by the Site.

Thu July 25

Freeman Show Site Freight Receiving Stop

Materials will not be received at either the Freeman Warehouse or Show Site.
