Freeman is our selected exhibit partner for Agile2022 and will be handling all exhibit booth details, equipment and supplies as well as shipping, freight and material handling. Make sure you access their services to prepare your booth.

Follow these steps to access Freeman Show Services

1. Set-up your account with FreemanOnLine® via Online Exhibitor Order Link to access all the services and supports you need to create and customize your booth for Agile2023. Including important shipping, freight, materials handling information and order forms.
2. Download the Freeman Quick Facts for exhibitors to ensure you have key information from Freeman
3. Use the Online Exhibitor Order Link to order the additional exhibitor services you need such as Audio-Visual, Internet, Power, Lead Retrieval and more!

Freeman and the additional suppliers are outside vendors and charges for all services are to be covered be to your company directly.

An email will be sent to you directly from Freeman to get you started on Exhibit Decor elements of the show 90-days before the start of the conference.

Your assigned booth number will be provided by Agile Alliance in June.

Booth Information

Booths Sizes for Sponsors are as follows:

• Title – 10’D x 30’W x 8’H
• Platinum – 10’D x 20’W x 8’H
• Gold – 10’D x 15’W x 8’H
• Silver – 10’D x 10’W x 8’H

Note: Title and Gold Sponsors should contact the Freeman Custom Exhibitor Team for their 10’ x 30’ and 10’ x 15’ booths which are custom size booths.

Booth Numbers

Booth numbers will be sent in June along with the exhibits floor plan from Caroline Aston

IMPORTANT: Booth numbers are used for logistics and shipping purposes only, we do not post booth numbers onsite, but rather full company names. Please do not include your booth numbers on any of your marketing and communications materials and activities.

Booth Footprint and Line of Sight
Exhibitors are asked to maintain their exhibit within the footprint of their booth, and to ensure their display materials do not interfere with, or disrupt the line of site for other exhibitors.
Companies will be asked to move any display materials not within their booth footprint or that interfere with other exhibitors.

Booth Package

Your Basic Booth Package includes:

• 8′ high backwall & 3′ high side drape for the size of your booth
• One 7” x 44” one line ID sign (B & W text only)
• One 6’ x 30” skirted table
• Two side chairs
• One wastebasket
• One 7” x 44” one line ID sign (B & W text only)

Carpet

Please note the trade show hall is NOT carpeted, however Agile2023 will carpet aisles in tuxedo. To enhance the appearance of your booth, rental carpet is available through Freeman.

Floor Plans

The Sponsor Exhibit space is in Exhibit Halls EF (Level 1) of the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, Orlando. The Agile2023 preliminary Trade Show Floor will be distributed to Exhibitors late June.
