Juan Sebastian received a bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering with a major in Telecommunications at the Universidad Politécnica Salesiana in Cuenca-Ecuador. Later he received a Master's degree in Computer Science at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, in Madrid-Spain. He is currently working as a software developer and scrum master in the IT consulting industry, he is also doing his PhD in Computer Science for Smart Cities at the Universidad Poltécnica de Madrid, in Madrid-Spain. His research work focuses on how to generate better solutions to global problems, from the point of view of Software Engineering using collective intelligence, artificial Intelligence techniques and agile methodologies.
