Charlie Reisinger serves the Penn Manor School District as Director of Technology. He leads district IT operations, data services, and instructional technology programs. Charlie speaks and writes about open source principles, digital privacy and security, and how the future of AI challenges schools to rethink teaching and learning. Charlie received a B.A. in Psychology from Millersville University, and an M.S. in Instructional Design & Technology from Philadelphia University. His book, The Open Schoolhouse, chronicles Penn Manor's internationally recognized and award-winning laptop learning program and unique student apprenticeship program.
