Known for his people and results focused leadership, Amitav is currently leading multiple agile teams in CapitalOne that are building highly resilient, modern stack banking products in the cloud. Amitav holds an engineering degree from NIT Rourkela and an MBA from University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
