Leonor is a senior lecturer in Computing at The Open University (UK), with a PhD in Computer Science from Southampton University, and an MSc in Computing from the University of Oxford. At the Open University she has been involved with teaching undergraduate and postgraduate Computing, in particular in Software Engineering. She carries out research in software engineering and agile developoment. Leonor is a member of the Agile Research Network and has been involved with research in agile for many years.
