As a Leadership Agility Advisor, Diana Larsen has contributed to the foundations and evolution of agile thought. She has written books, presented keynotes, consulted, and created models that inspire agile practitioners around the world. She has advised Agile leaders and guided agile transitions toward resilient learning team development. Through her ongoing work, Diana shares the wisdom she’s gained in over 30 years of working with leaders, teams, and organizations.

Diana co-authored the books Lead without Blame; Agile Retrospectives 2nd edition; Liftoff 2nd edition; and Five Rules for Accelerated Learning. She contributed to The Art of Agile Development, 2nd ed. and co-originated the Agile Fluency® model and eBook, The Agile Fluency Model: A Brief Guide to Success with Agile.
