Eoin runs a coaching company that makes people and organisations more effective. His focus is on understanding individuals, teams and their contexts more deeply to find better ways of working, and deliver real world business results. He supports organisations to adapt through coaching, training and consulting

He’s a former senior marketing executive for large multi-nationals, and moved into developing and delivering learning global programs for senior commercial leaders.
His curiosity and experience in understanding consumer motivation led him to coaching, Design Thinking, and behaviourial psychology, which underpin his work as an Agile Coach.

Eoin is a qualified Scrum master, IC Agile Coach and AgileHR trainer and practicing business coach. He’s lived and worked across Europe, and now lives in The Hague with his family, and is learning Dutch, but slowly.
