Abstract As part of this ever-evolving industry, disruption seems to be now a part and parcel for our lives, but, unlike any other disruption for which the organizations are prepared, we all witnessed an unforeseen disruption, which was never thought of in form of pandemic during 2020. Like most of other firms, Acuity Knowledge Partners also needed to move swiftly to adopt to some transformation so that business continues as usual, while keeping focus on sustainable growth plans of the organization. Acuity Knowledge Partners is a leading provider of high-value research, analytics and business intelligence to the financial services sector. The company services top financial institutions and consulting companies through a variety of domain led service offerings. We provide service excellence in our offerings by leveraging our understanding of business domains and processes. The pandemic has vastly intensified the need to manage change and make decisions more quickly than ever before. All of sudden individuals and organizations had to operate digitally and virtually as never before. At Acuity Knowledge Partners, where remote working was allowed on need basis, be it business or technology, given the need of the hour entire company transformed overnight into a remotely working organization. Agility was not just limited to technology division of the company but has spread its wing across the organization. Although from technology perspective we were already agile, but pandemic gave us a fresh perspective of agility.
