I have more than 30 years of experience in SW industry. I worked for 24 years at Nokia in different product development, leadership and coaching roles. At Reaktor I help our clients to become more agile, to redesign their organisations and modernise their leadership practices. I also coach leadership teams, agile coaches and change agents. I sometimes define my role as organisational whisperer. I am passionate about creating environments at work where people can thrive and grow to their full potential. I started on this journey back in 1995 and the work is not done yet.
