Casper Lassenius, PhD, is professor of software engineering at Aalto University in Helsinki, Finland. He is interested in learning how organizations, large and small adapt and adopt agile software development, what challenges they experience on the journey, and what benefits they get.

He has done research with over 50 organizations, including large ones such as Nokia, Ericsson, IBM, and Vaisala, and tens of SMEs and startups. In addition to studying organizations, he loves to train practitioners, as he often can learn as much as teach during the sessions.
