Hilkka is a software engineer with 20 years' experience in the financial services domain. Hilkka is an agile team leader, who balances her drive for high achievement, business value value creation and continuous improvement with having fun at work. She knows how to apply agile methods, how to make delivery technologies work for the team and how to get the programmers in a user-centered mood.

She is Co-Founder of Wonna, a software consulting firm based in Helsinki, Finland. Hilkka enjoys mushroom hunting and walks in nature.
