GWoT is an online castle-building game for sixty players that demonstrates "descaling" structural patterns - Lean quality circles, Xscale rotating councils and the Dunbar series - through a novel self-organization protocol called Leadership as a Service. GWoT accelerates learning-flow across an organization even when all communications are squeezed onto Zoom by Covid lockdowns. It replaces slow, depth-first big room meetings with continuous, breadth-first product agility. command and control with autonomy in alignment, and yet it's simple to adapt to any org chart and any agile framework. Plus it's great fun!
