I am an Agile Coach and IBM Garage Lead. I help teams to become more effective and efficient. I can take on the classic position of a coach or work in different roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner or Design Thinking Facilitator. What I love most is working with people and seeing how they work together successfully with my help. I prefer to be in the thick of it.
In my more than 10-year career at IBM iX, I have supported many clients from the public sector. These include the Federal Foreign Office, the Federal Office for Radiation Protection and BaFin. As a digitalist from the very beginning, I have been working on websites and digital solutions since 1995 and never stop learning.
