Nora has been practising agile ways of working since 1999, starting with her research team, then applying XP in small start-ups in the industry, leading ever bigger programs with up to 100 involved people. Her focus has been on being efficient, having a good framework for partitioning the work, and providing transparency on all levels. She is known for her pragmatic approach: align quickly at the strategic level and move on to prove the value of the work done by slicing big goals into smaller ones and reaching them with iterative and incremental deliveries. Starting with eXtreme Programming in the year 2000 and progressing to the large-scale agile frameworks, as programs became more complex, Nora has accumulated 20+ years of professional experience.

Nora has degrees in mathematics and computer science from leading Swiss & Canadian universities. Her soft skills and global outlook complement her strong analytical skills and technical savvy.
