With a background in teaching, Yuliia has extensive experience in leading and scaling distributed international teams. During her 10 years in IT leadership roles, she notably scaled a venture-backed startup from 0 to 130 people, from Seed to Series B. She has also led numerous transformations in corporate environment and coached their leadership and development teams.

Yuliia's passion lies in working with passionate and innovative teams and their leaders to maximize the value they bring to the world. As a specialist in Agile and Remote Work, she has helped organizations optimize their processes and create high-performing teams.
