With a passion for Agile methodologies and over a decade of hands-on experience, he has experience in transforming teams and businesses to achieve continuous improvement with focus on performance. As an Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, and Certified Scrum Master, Tim leverages his expertise in SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban to create collaborative environments where teams can thrive.

Tim has a track record in driving the adoption of Agile frameworks, managing multiple Scrum and Kanban teams, and leading Agile transformations. His roles have included Agile Consultant, Product Manager, and Release Train Engineer, focusing on product ownership, stakeholder engagement, and feature prioritization. He has successfully implemented Scaled Agile, conducted training sessions, and facilitated key Agile practices.
