The world is changing. The World as we know is not there anymore. Digitalisation and automation are part of all areas of life and that is changing ways of working in organizations as well as jobs of individuals.
Sari´s passion is to help the World with these coming changes. She likes to quote: “It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is the most adaptable to change, that lives within the means available and works cooperatively against common threats.”
She has the role of DASA Ambassador in the Nordics, in which she influences and actively contributes to advocating the development of high-performance teams through DevOps and Agile initiatives. She has been also board member of Agile Finland Ry since 2018 and participants of ACCFI organizing committee since 2022.
