Ionut Sontea is an experienced Agile Transformation Coach with more than 12 years’ experience working in different agile roles from Scrum Master to Agile Coach.

He is working in the Head-Office team of Agile Coaches that supports the transformation of the entire Group into an adaptive organization.

While extensively supporting 2 of the Raiffeisen Network Banks in their overall adaptive transformation, he has worked on all levels of the organization, wearing different hats based on the needs: change agent, transformation coach, personal coach, team coach, trainer or mentor.

In his role he is working with different areas of the organization from platform to product and customer journey teams, helping business and IT work together in their agile journey.
