Hedi Buchner has over 15 years of experience in organizational development for a wide range of companies and has been a managing partner of improuv GmbH 2019-2023. She has a master's degree in computer science and organizational psychology, is a Certified Agile Leader (Scrum Alliance) and Consultant for Global Change (Terra Institute).
