Harri is a new product creation and design leader, new business developer, and builder of design teams from Fortune-500 companies to scale-ups. Harri built the Nokia MeeGo UX design team of 70 designers on three continents and has helped several organizations to develop their design maturity for greater business impact.

Harri built the first company-internal product startup at F-Secure the cybersecurity company. He has been coaching European Smart City startups and he is design advisor to two software startups.

Harri has built design strategies, developed brand identities, led design transformation, and helped organizations deploy the Objectives and Key Results strategy framework. In 2020 he co-founded Alpha Design Partners with the mission to help organizations reach a greater business impact with DesignOps.

Harri holds a PhD in Interactive Digital Media and a number of patents in Human-Computer Interaction. He is also chairing the largest wooden boat association in Finland.
