Anti-Agile Tetris - How To Make Systemic Change
Description
At organizations, especially in multi-team setups, we struggle with busyness and slow changes. How about looking at those challenges from a system thinking lens and collaboratively trying to address them? In the workshop, we proactively addressed system challenges to break the cycle of dismal attempts and bring improvement to the system. Warning, the workshop is a highly engaging simulation and can demonstrate similar to reality organization setups.
